Cancellation-and Refund

At AstroWali, we strive to provide accurate, personalized, and satisfactory astrology services to all our customers. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before booking any service.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Once a service is booked and payment is made, cancellations are not allowed after the service has been initiated or the consultation date has been confirmed.

• If you wish to cancel a service before it has been scheduled, you may request cancellation by contacting us at 9289060197 or emailing info@astrowali.com within 24 hours of purchase.

• AstroWali reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, unavailability of the astrologer, or any technical issue. In such cases, customers will be informed and offered a suitable alternative or full refund.

2. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for completed consultations, reports, or services once they have been delivered.

• Refunds will only be applicable if:

  • The service was not delivered due to technical issues or internal errors.

  • The astrologer/consultant is unavailable and no rescheduling is possible.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

3. Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule a consultation, you can do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated.

4. Digital Products / Reports

• All astrology reports and digital content are prepared based on the details provided by the customer. Once delivered, these are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Please ensure that you provide accurate birth details and other information at the time of booking.
