  • All digital reports, consultation details, or PDFs are delivered via email or WhatsApp to the registered contact details provided during booking.

  • Please ensure that you provide accurate and active contact details. AstroWali is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect information.

4. Shipping for Physical Products

  • Physical products are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

  • Standard delivery time within India is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines for remote or outstation areas may vary.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on select products, offers, or minimum order values.

  • For other orders, standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete the purchase.

6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

  • AstroWali is not liable for shipping delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or courier company delays.

  • We will keep you informed in case of any significant delay in delivery.

7. Non-Delivery or Wrong Address

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
